We've enjoyed serving our wonderful customers & meeting new faces each year. We're so grateful for all of our friends and followers. We've been blessed to hear your stories as you visit our farm, of how your times spent with family and friends has been impactful in your lives, and its so encouraging. We've seen birthday & anniversary celebrations; bachelorette parties & engagements, a new life starting together, and we've seen families choosing our land to gather one last time as special family members or friends may be passing soon onto the next life.  As caretakers of this 40 acre farm, this is what we envisioned for this land, and our vision remains the same as we continue on each new season. It's been a journey, for sure, to get started, but it warms our hearts to see and hear your stories of your gatherings.

Ticket policies: *All tour ticket purchases are final.*

  • Weather-Related Issues:  We will do scheduled tours in light rain/drizzle, unless there was an earlier heavy rain which causes the trail to become too muddy. (In which case-the wagon could get stuck).  In the event of severe inclement weather; we will work with you to reschedule your tour. We do not offer any refunds on tour tickets

  • If you are a no show, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.  Once purchased, your tour tickets are only good for the date/time and number of reservations you choose.

  • If you need to add a reservation, you will need to fill out another reservation form online.

  • If you change your mind for any reason on purchased tickets, we do not offer refunds for purchased tickets.

  • If you need to reschedule your tour reservation, we will need 48 hours notice to reschedule/change a tour reservation, otherwise your desired time to reschedule may not be available, and so we can attempt to fill your reserved slot. Please remember, we are a small business, any cancellations you make affects not only us, but any other customers who wanted to take the wagon tours but couldn't because the reservations were being held for your time slot.

  • If the notice is given after 48 hours, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given and no reschedule will be given.

  • If you have scheduled a tour for a small group of people, and person(s) cannot make it the day of, we do not offer in store credit or refunds after 48 hours notice.

  • SO, if you give us notice less than 48 hours notice for whatever reason, we do not change reservations or offer refunds or in store credit.

  • Please note: If you ARRIVE LATE or are a NO SHOW for your tour time, we do NOT reschedule to a different date and time and we do NOT offer refunds. Rather, you will offered a chance to catch up to where the tour is at, and participate in any remaining activities, and you will have the opportunity to walk around our farm as you wish. If you book reservations several times online, and do not give us 48 hours notice that you only need part of your reservations, we do not offer refunds.

  • If for any reason, you book twice by accident, and we refund a transaction for any reason, only the amount minus Paypal transaction fees will be refunded, not the full amount. There are transaction fees online for every transaction, so any refunds will be given the amount, minus the transaction fees.
